When I passed the offcial Malibu city limits sign, it really didn't look like an upscale neighborhood.

The life guards tower was closed and these houses looked to be in need of repair.

The biggest sign of life was the surfers in the water.

Then I past the sign put of by the community itself and things really changed.

The lifeguards had cool SUV's

The pier had fine shops and restaurants

and the surfers each had their very own wave

You still have to feel bad for the poor homeowners

I felt like a Papparazzi taking this one. I had to climb over the fence and sneak down.........
